Questions
Do you need my name or ID?
No. Swaps need no account at all. To sign up, a password is enough: you get an account number to log in with, or you can use an email, and an alias works. An exchange can still ask for ID if its own checks flag a swap.
How can I pay?
With Monero, Bitcoin, Litecoin or USDT on Tron, sent straight to the store's own wallets and credited in US dollars: after 10 confirmations for Monero, 1 for Bitcoin and 6 for Litecoin, at the price then, and USDT dollar for dollar once Tron confirms it.
Can I withdraw my balance?
No. Credit can only be spent in the store. Refunds go back to your balance.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Renewals stop. Services get 3 days of grace, then they are suspended until you top up.
What is not allowed?
Spam, malware, phishing, fraud and illegal content. Reported services are suspended.
How do phone numbers work?
Pick a country and how long you want the number, from an hour to 30 days, and pay. The number is shown right away, and every text it receives in that time appears on the number's page. If no text arrives in the first 20 minutes, the number is released and the price goes back to your balance.
Which services can a number be used for?
Any app or site that sends a text, such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Signal and Discord. Texts from banks, payment apps, crypto exchanges and government services are not shown.
What are email aliases?
Extra addresses that deliver to your mailbox, so you never hand out your real one. Mailbox plans include 10 to 200 of them, and every domain comes with 5 forwarding aliases.
How do swaps work?
Pick the coin you send and the coin you want, and enter your own address for the new coin. You send to the address shown and the exchange pays out to yours. No account is needed and we never hold the coins. The exchange runs its own checks and can hold a swap it flags.
How do invites work?
Share the link on your account page. When a friend who signs up through it has deposited $20 in crypto, you get $5 of credit for hosting, domains and email, once per friend.
How do I get the free bot server?
Deposit $20 or more in total and claim the 256 MB bot plan. It stays free while your account is active, meaning you log in or buy something at least every 90 days. One per account.
Who owns my domain?
foldoy is the registrant of record. You hold the right to use it for as long as you renew.
