This covers everything bought or opened through the store, including swaps.

Anything illegal where you are or where the service runs

Fraud, scams, stolen data and carding

Money laundering and sanctions evasion

Use by sanctioned persons, entities or regions

Spam, bulk unsolicited mail and open relays

Phishing, credential harvesting and impersonation

Malware, command and control servers and botnets

Attacks on other networks, including denial of service, flooding, scanning and exploitation

Crypto mining on game, bot and web servers

Child sexual abuse material

Harassment, threats and publishing other people's private information

Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights

Using phone numbers for fraud, harassment, bulk account creation or to get around a ban

Using proxies for credential stuffing, carding, ad fraud, spam, harassment or attacks on other networks

Port 25 is blocked on game, bot and web servers and on VPS

Email: up to 200 outgoing messages per mailbox per day

Phone numbers: up to 20 per account per day, and texts from banks, payment apps, crypto exchanges and government services are held back

Gift cards and top-ups: up to $200 per account per day

Free bot server: 15% of one CPU core and no mining

Sign-ups, deposits, purchases and swaps are refused from Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria

Reports are reviewed by a person

A service can be suspended before you are contacted

A service suspended after an abuse report is not charged while it is held, and cannot be renewed or upgraded

Repeated or severe breaches lead to termination without refund

An account can be locked while it is reviewed, and a locked account cannot log in
